About Me

My name is Jaden, and I am a 24-year-old Free Agent VALORANT Coach & Analyst. Within VALORANT, I have been a Head Coach, Strategic Coach, and an Analyst for Challengers, Game Changers, and Collegiate teams in four separate regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, and OCE). I emphasize on player development, implementing strategic systems, and creating structure/organization within the teams I work with. I have most notably worked with organizations like Into The Breach, Orangutan, and have done analyst work for The Guard. My goal is to provide my rosters with the tools they need to be the best team possible. My approach as a Coach comes from modern-coaches in traditional sports I have worked with as an athlete. I emphasize on developing an environment to better both players inside and outside of the game; doing what is needed to be the best version my team can be.
